TSN's Bob McKenzie confirms NHL finalized Phase 3 and 4 agreements
On Sunday, TSN's Bob McKenzie confirmed on Twitter that the NHL and NHLPA met and finalized an agreement regarding the details of Phase 3 and Phase 4 of the Return to Play Plan.

McKenzie went on to add that they still have not nailed out a final agreement on the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) or the Memo of Understanding (MOU). The NHL and NHLPA will not be able to ratify the updated Phase 3 and 4 details until the CBA and MOU are complete.
