Kirby Dach; in the line up, on the highlight reel.

Kirby Dach, selected 3rd overall in the 2019 draft by the Chicago Blackhawks, made his NHL debut on Sunday against the Washington's Capitals. While he didn't find the back of the net, he did play well enough to impress the coaching staff, landing him a spot in the line up Tuesday night at the United Center.

The young forward took the ice for his second consecutive game, in which the Hawks hosted the Vegas Golden Knights, hoping to further impress. He did exactly that, netting his first goal.

After creating space from Vegas defensemen Jake Bischoff, Dach would be left all alone, with an open net. He fired the puck past veteran goaltender Marc-André Fleury and found himself on the score board.
