Artemi Panarin continues to prove that the seven-year, $81.5 million deal the Rangers gave him may have been the best contract signing of the 2019 free agent frenzy.
Panarin has set a franchise record by becoming the first Ranger to register 23 or more assists in the month of November. Furthermore, the last time a Ranger put up 23 or more points in any month of the season, was Jaromir Jagr, back in March of 2006.
Panarin has also tied Mark Messier's record of 20 assists in his first 23 games and had 8 multi-point games in a 10 game stretch, something previously accomplished by Pavel Bure.
