Tampa Bay's Erik Cerrnak will have a hearing with the NHL's Department of Player Safety Tuesday for elbowing Buffalo's Rasmus Dahlin Monday night. Dahlin would leave the game in the 2nd period and did not return. Sabres head coach Ralph Krueger said Dahlin suffered a concussion because of the elbow, which you can see below.

"We'll let the league deal with the judgment of what happened. Right now, we're just worried about Rasmus and getting him healthy and hoping it's not a long-term injury," Krueger said, via The Buffalo News' Lance Lysowski.
