Keith Yandle is a certifiable bad ass. The Florida Panthers defenseman took a puck to the face in the first period of Saturday's matchup against the Carolina Hurricanes, but rather than dropping to the ice, Yandle proceeded to skate across to the visitor's gate, heading down the tunnel to the dressing room, bleeding profusely from the mouth along the way.

Despite losing 9 teeth on the play, remaining with medical staff during the 2nd frame, Yandle would return in the 3rd period and complete the game.
On Sunday morning, the team announced that Yandle had dental work done and is expected to suit up for tonight's contest against the Buffalo Sabres.
As a result, Yandle's long-standing iron man steak will remain intact. What an absolute beast.
