TSN's Jermain Franklin is reporting a scary incident from Calgary's practice today. According to Franklin, 29-year-old T.J. Brodie collapsed to the ice and started convulsing.
Practice was halted immediately and an ambulance and fire department arrived on the scene. Brodie was stretchered off the ice and appeared to be conscious and alert as he was taken out of the Saddledome.
Franklin says the Flames will be releasing more information as soon as it becomes available.
