Home owned by Tyler Seguin destroyed by tornado

A violent storm raged on Sunday night in North Dallas, as a tornado touched down, ripping through parts of the city, destroying everything in its path.

Among the wreckage, the former home of NHL star Tyler Seguin, which was on the market, as Seguin had recently relocated to a new home.

Seguin was quick to reach out on social media and check in as safe from the tornado.

The tweet below shows the before and after of Seguin's home, once pristine, now in pieces scattered near Dallas North Tollway and Royal Lane.

No word yet on what the damages will cost, but things certainly could have been much worse had Seguin or someone else been living there.
