Per TSN's Bob McKenzie, neither forward Jesse Puljujarvi nor defenseman Julius Honka has any intention of signing a contract with the clubs who currently own their rights.

Puljujarvi is still controlled by the Edmonton Oilers, while Honka's rights are held by the Dallas Stars.

With the December 1st deadline upon us, if neither player signs before 5pm ET today, they will not be eligible to return to the NHL this season, even if their rights are traded.

McKenzie is under the impression that there is "no chance" that Puljujarvi is traded today. He did add, however, that the Stars are working towards moving Honka.
