Justin Bieber tries to upstage Panarin, proves cats just aren't as fun as dogs

In April 2019, as the Columbus Blue Jackets were getting ready to face the Boston Bruins in the second round of the playoffs, Artemi Panarin put up an Instagram video showing himself practicing dekes while getting his dog, Mr. Riziy, some exercise.

Now it appears that Justin Bieber came up with a video of his own, showing off his deke skills around his...cat.
