Goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury set off a landslide of speculation Friday when he didn't show up for his team's practice. Many wondered if he had gotten injured in the previous night's loss to the Montreal Canadiens. Furthering the speculation was the fact that Vegas recalled goalie Garret Sparks from the AHL on an "emergency basis." The team provided an update on Fleury's status Saturday and it appears fans don't have too much to be worried about.

Fleury will not start Saturday night against Winnipeg as he has the flu. Malcolm Subban will start in his place while Sparks will serve as backup. According to head coach Gerald Gallant, there is no concern that Fleury will miss a significant amount of time. We're sure this will help Vegas fans breathe a little easier at the moment.
