Phil Kessel celebrated a milestone on Oct 15th when he suited up for his 1000th career NHL game. On Saturday night, the Coyotes organization held a pre-game ceremony to honor Phil the Thrill in Arizona before the Yotes took on the Sens.
The Coyotes presented Kessel with a silver stick, to commemorate his achievement, but that was not the only piece of hardware Phil would be presented with.
As it turns out, Kessel's teammates also wanted to honor him on this very special night. They did so by presenting Phil with a beautiful Rolex watch. Apparently, Phil has made quite the impression on his new teammates.
