It was announced today that Rem Pitlick has been placed on waivers by the Chicago Blackhawks.
This comes just one day after his cousin Tyler was placed on the wire.
Pitlick, who joined the Blackhawks off a waiver claim from the Pittsburgh Penguins, has also been part of the Montreal Canadiens, Minnesota Wild, and Nashville Predators organization since being drafted in 2016.
He has had trouble finding a spot, but hopefully his time in Chicago will help him on his way.
