The Dallas Stars were at home to the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday, attempting to get the train back on the rails. The Stars would fall behind in the first, down 2-0 on goals by Zucker and Staal, but it was captain Jamie Benn who would spark some emotion for the Stars at the end of the first period with a hilarious fake-out, following a shove by Wild forward Joel Eriksson Ek. The video can be seen below.

It's funny how something so small can act as a catalyst and really change the momentum. It was as if a switch just flipped for the Stars following this act of absolute of alpha-male intimidation by the Stars' captain. The Stars would go down by another goal, but would ultimately climb out of that 3-0 deficit by scoring six straight in front of the hometown crowd, en route to a 6-3 victory.
You may recall Eriksson Ek's bravery on full display earlier in October when he fearlessly blocked a trio of Shea Weber one-timers, which had the young swede struggling to get to the bench, subsequently missing the team's next three games. Were I Eriksson Ek, I'd sit out the next three just to forget this ever happened.
