Some very serious claims are being made by a 10 year old who recently attended a youth hockey tournament in the Russian city of Neftekamsk. The boy, who is being represented by the law firm Gordon and Sons, alleges he was beaten and sexually abused during the tournament by his own teammates.

According to lawyer Katya Gordon, who is now representing the family, teammates gathered in a hotel room, mostly 10 and 11 year olds, when the boy was made an offer to play a game that included sexual contact.

"Our defendant 'K' refused. Despite his protest, the other teenagers forced him to return. Violent, perverted acts against the teenager followed in the room. Because 'K' did not obey, he was beaten and abused," said Gordon.

The lawyer adds the abuse and violence didn't end there.

"On the following days of the sports tournament, the leader of the group of abusers continued to blackmail and abuse the boy," she said. "They dipped his head into the toilet bowl and made the other boys urinate on his face.

Gordon said the boy returned home and was taunted by his teammates in person and in text messages, alleging false information about the boy was spread around his school and hometown.

As it stands right now, the law firm is requesting that authorities investigate the matter.

"We would like to know why the management of the sports school of Toros HC (the boy's team) didn't master the situation among the students. And at the moment, after the parents appealed to the management of the hockey club, they continue to be inactive and remain silent," said Gordon.

So far, there's been no public response from the team or the organizers of the tournament.
