The New Jersey Devils have held Tayler Hall out of tonight's match up against the Colorado Avalanche. The team is not reporting any injury. It says Hall is scratched for "precautionary reasons" and it has nothing to report on a trade.

It seems pretty clear that if Hall isn't playing and there's no injury, a trade is imminent. We're sure there's more to come.
Hall is a free agent at the end of the season. He's a former Hart Trophy winner as the NHL's most valuable player (2017-2018)
