The Philadelphia Flyers organization will be keeping teammate and friend Oskar Lindblom close to their hearts for the remainder of the season.
The team will be wearing purple and black #OskarStrong shirts under their jerseys for the rest of the season, in solidarity and support of their teammate who was recently diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma, a form of bone cancer.
Lindblom is out of the line-up indefinitely while he undergoes treatment, but the team is keeping him as close as possible.
The shirts, which can been seen below, are made by Biscuittees.com, a company owned by Kim Parent, daughter of Flyers Hall Of Famer Bernie Parent.

In support of Lindblom, the Flyers organization will also be auctioning off their “Hockey Fights Cancer” warm-up jerseys from their 4-1 win over the Anaheim Ducks on Tuesday. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to Ewing's sarcoma research via the Sarcoma Foundation of America.
Much like the Flyers organization, we here at Traderumours.com stand with Oskar, wishing him an effective treatment and speedy recovery.
#OskarStrong
